CANCELLATION POLICY

🦇SALON POLICIES🦇 📅 Appointments All appointments require a valid card on file to secure your spot. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled and a late fee may apply. 💳 Deposits & Payments Certain services require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that goes toward your final total. Accepted payments: cash, card, digital wallet, Venmo, CashApp, Buy Now Pay Later Options (Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm), and Invoices upon request. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and due at the end of the service. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations = 50% service fee. No-shows = 100% service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. 🕯️ Courtesy & Conduct No extra guests unless approved ahead of time (the suite is small and intimate). Be respectful of the shared building and other clients’ time and comfort. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the appointment. 🧸 Parenting Policy As a parent, there may be instances where adjustments are needed due to childcare. I will communicate promptly if rescheduling or canceling is required. You will not be charged. Children are welcome at Gortesque Beauty. For safety reasons, they must remain seated and not touch salon tools, products, or equipment. If a child becomes disruptive or unsafe to services being provided, I may ask that they be supervised outside of the suite or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. 💇‍♀️ Service Redos If you need an adjustment, please reach out within 72 hours. Redos only apply when the original service was not executed as agreed upon not for changing your mind. 🌙 Color Services Please be honest about your hair history (professional, box dye, chemical services, previous lifts, etc.). Corrective color may require multiple sessions and additional costs. Results vary depending on hair condition, porosity, previous color, and aftercare. 📸 Photos & Media I may take before/after photos for social media. If you're not comfortable being posted, just let me know! I respect your boundaries. ❤️ Gratitude These policies protect my business, my time, and your results.
