🦇 Booking A deposit (if required) must be paid at booking to secure your appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable once if rescheduled within policy guidelines. ⏰ Cancellations & No-Shows 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 35% service fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked services and may require prepayment for future bookings. ⌛ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule and will be charge $25 on top of the amount of your appointment. 👻 Service Policy If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. Adjustments will be made if it aligns with the agreed-upon look. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS 📸 Photos & Media I love showcasing my work! Photos/videos may be taken before, during, or after your service. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know. 🧸 Parenting Policy As a parent, there may be instances where adjustments are needed due to childcare. I will communicate promptly if rescheduling or canceling is required. You will not be charged. Children are welcome at Gortesque Beauty. For safety reasons, they must remain seated and not touch salon tools, products, or equipment. If a child becomes disruptive or unsafe to services being provided, I may ask that they be supervised outside of the suite or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. 💳 Payments I accept cash, card, and Buy Now Pay Later options (Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna).
